Selling 2020 Sandpiper Fifth wheel due to starting new career. In pretty good condition, with only minor wear. It has living area with tv and fireplace. Coffee bar with plenty of cupboard space. A table with 4 chairs. Full size fridge and oven/stove with four burners. It has a bunk house with a bunk bed and loft. In bunk house there is a tv with Roku. On the back half there is a full bathroom with tub/shower, sink and toilet and door leading to outside. It has a master bedroom with plenty of closet space, tv with Roku and washer/dryer. In hall leading to master bedroom is another full bath with shower, sink and toilet. We bought a new reclining love seat for living area with storage. We will include Anderson hitch and kitchen ware, if you want it with no additional cost. There has been updated plumbing throughout the trailer and new water pump.
